Ben's Story

Any one who has ever attempted to eat better, would have found that it was easy…

… up until the point when they would fall off.

It is an all too familiar gut punching feeling when you realise you’re making no progress and your weight is just not changing.

Ben is a father, a husband, he’s busy with a full time job and struggled to be consistent.

It was even more difficult to stick to a diet when there would be non stop events, birthdays, dinners and date nights.

Despite being very active, Ben’s weight would slowly creep up overtime to a point where it was affecting his confidence, energy and health.

After sitting down with him in an initial consultation, we put together a plan and the results were amazing.

Waking Up With A Little Smile

Having a son means that Ben needs to always be up and running every morning. His nutritious breakfast was simple, healthy and took the fuss out of every morning leaving more time for moments like these.

Morning Peace & Calm

With the right food fueling him in the morning, Ben would start his day with a feeling of accomplishment. It was great, he had the energy to push through his morning routine and he grew fitter by the day.

Connecting With Another

Meeting new people and connecting with them is absolutely crucial in a work environment. Being able to share a healthy meal and to not be tied down by restrictive meal plans really helped him with consistency in these situations.

Coaching and training others takes a lot of energy. Having a steady supply of energy really helped Ben focus more on his work rather than stressing about food.

At the end of the day, the best moments are the spontaneous ones where Ben did not feel like he was tried down by his diet. Of course, it was only possible through having the freedom to choose his own food.

Saturday Excitement & Adventure

Over the weekend, a road trip can take you to somewhere completely unexpected. No amount of planning could anticipate these moments. But Ben knew exactly how to adjust his food so that he could enjoy his time without the fuss.

At the end of the week, just when you think you have time to plan ahead, a family and friend BBQ pops up. Ben understood exactly what he needed to do and .

Now, my weight loss and lifestyle plans are a minimum of 12 weeks and you would have to meet certain requirements (outlined above) to be eligible. Because of this, it’s DEFINITELY NOT for everyone… but it maybe EXACTLY what you need.
