Bianca's Story

After trying many times to lose weight and to eat better, Bianca had got in touch and we scheduled a meeting.

It was very clear that she was living quite a full on lifestyle and needed a better way to get in shape.

I recall her saying “Henry, If I can’t go out on a Friday or a Saturday night with my friends then I might as well not bother with dieting because it’s that important to me”.

I told her, Bianca – that’s no problem at all. Her results in the end, was spectacular!

Waking Up With A Little Smile

Having a son means that Bianca had to always match his energy. We worked together to help manage her weight, her ability to eat better and to be able to cook healthier for his little boy.

Morning Coffee Break

We also worked on the small little details in life that helps make her day that much better. Something as simple as a trim flat white at the right time helped suppress hunger and gave her a boost in energy across the day.

Focus During The Day

Her food was nutritious and had to help her perform especially in a stressful and fast paced environment. She was getting the right fuel especially when she is on her feet working with patients all day.

Lunch Catch-Ups

Being able to have a break from a diet and also knowing what to eat in social occasions was something that came naturally as we worked through the program. We managed to find the right balance between hitting our targets and also having a bit of fun.

Training After Work

It is easy to go home and sit on the couch but we made sure she had plenty of energy to keep going at the end of the day. She didn’t just survive through these workouts, she absolutely killed it!

Friday Date Night

After spending a whole week working and doing very well on a diet, the last thing you need on a Friday night is some plain chicken breast. Having the ability to eat for occasion what we worked on a lot and she loved it.

Saturday Night Out

She needed a break from parenting, work, training and dieting across the week so we hatched a plan where she was able to go out and enjoy herself while still hitting those strict targets. She was really happy to be able to do this.

Sunday By The Beach

Backyard Brazillian BBQ’s aren’t your normal BBQ’s. We had to work in some cultural food and also design a plan based off her activities like going to the beach, spontaneous road trips and the odd ice cream.

Final Comments

It was an absolute pleasure walking with Bianca.

It was challenging and fun. We had to focus on:

  • stuctured refeeds
  • eating out and drinking
  • performance and energy
  • body recomposition
