Robert's Story

“I don’t have the time or effort to eat and exercise well…”

Sounds familiar?

One of the main reasons for not being able to commit to a healthier lifestyle and eating is the lack of time and energy. It could be due to work, family, your spouse or even Sunday church.

It’s a MAJOR issue many people will ultimately face and FAIL to manage. Take Robert for example, he’s currently in his 5th year of medicine and his schedule for the weekdays looks something like this:

… 40 hours of work (considered part-time, seriously.)

… 20 hours spent studying

… 2 hours of commuting every day

That’s 16 hours of any standard weekday GONE. This leaves him with 8 hours to sleep, cook, eat, socialise, exercise, wash, spend time with his family and to do the things everyone else takes for granted.

It’s understandable that after a long week, the last thing Robert (or anybody else) wants is to spend the remaining free time running on a treadmill for hours.

This was a very clear obstacle in our very first consultation and we had to find a much better way to fit exercise and healthy eating habits into his already busy schedule.

Perfection Starts Every Morning

With so much to do in a day, Robert had to get use to eating a strong nutritious meal every morning. He managed to consistently eat better and start his day full of energy.

Growing Fitter Every Morning

Since time for Robert was a major problem, he could only fit in exercise during the morning. Overtime, he went from constantly feeling exhausted to a head of the pack.

Staying Energetic Across The Day

We also made sure he had the right food to fuel his day. He needed to be quick, decisive and sharp in a fast paced and stressful environment.

Catching A Break

We also worked on the small little details in life that helped make his day that much better. Something as simple as a nice coffee at the right time helped gave him the boost he needed to carry on energetically throughout the day.

Focus and Cognitive Performance

With the right brain food supporting his lifestyle and his goals, he was able to focus on the important tasks without having the thought of food weighing him down.

Big Family Feasts

At the end of the day, he had food that kept his and his family’s stomach satisfied. It was filling, delicious and packed with goodness. He was getting leaner day by day.

Late Night Catchups

Robert also needed time to socialise, a break from all the hard work and the stress demands that come with it. He was able to go out and casually enjoy a nice meal while knowing that it would contribute to his goal.

Weekend Gatherings

Being a very active member in his community, it’s important that connect and have a diet that embraces his lifestyle.

Final Comments

An absolute pleasure working with Wayne. There are some recommendations and protocols I provide that are much difficult to follow but yields way better results.
