This is as easy as cooking instant noodles but taste absolutely delicious. It’s a very popular dish in Japan and is very low in calories.
Japanese curry is made from stock cubes found commonly at the supermarket.

Ingredients
Japanese stock cubes (Golden Curry, Vermont Curry)
Carrots
Peas
Onion
Rice
Instructions
Chop up carrots into small pieces and pre-cook them to around 80%. You can microwave carrots if you’re short on time.
Finely chop the onion and grill in a large hot pot. Once it starts browning, add in the beef mince and cook. Season with salt and pepper.
Add in 2 stock cubes for every serving of curry. For every stock cube, add 2 cups of water. You can tweak the amount depending on how thick you want the curry.
Once the curry thickens, add in peas for 30 seconds.
