Japanese Beef Mince Curry

This is as easy as cooking instant noodles but taste absolutely delicious. It’s a very popular dish in Japan and is very low in calories.

Japanese curry is made from stock cubes found commonly at the supermarket.

Ingredients

  1. Chop up carrots into small pieces and pre-cook them to around 80%. You can microwave carrots if you’re short on time.
