Japanese Chicken (Breast) Curry With Rice

≡ This is easier to make than instant noodles and is just as fast. Choose this if you are looking for something warm, repeatable and full of flavour. Here’s a video on how to make japanese curry, but all you need to do is add stock cubes to water… that is it.

Original Ingredients

For every serving:

  • 1-2 stock cubes of Golden Curry or Vermont Curry
  • Carrots
  • Peas
  • Onions

For The Rest:

  • Chicken breast, skinless
  • Rice (jasmine, basmati or brown)

Instructions

  1. Grill the vegetables
  2. Add in water (roughly 1 to 1.5 cups of water for every stock cube)
  3. Add in the chicken to cook
  4. Mix in the stock cubes
  5. Finish off with peas and rice

  • 2 Tb Tequila
  • 2 Tb Lime Juice
