The main ingredients you need to watch out for is the sugar, sesame oil, beef mince, mayonnaise and the wrap. Make sure you use oil spray to coat the pan.
The soy sauce, caster sugar, rice wine and sesame oil is 4:2:2:1. This is important because this dish can easily stack up calories from the added sugar and oil in the marinade. The same goes for the mayonnaise. I have restricted the quantities in this recipe but feel free to add more hot sauce, vegetables, herbs and spices as you like. If you are going for a higher calorie version then I would recommend adding more chipotle in as the sauce.
I recommend you have lean beef mince 1-2 times per week.
