Steak Sandwich With Matty Matheson

Steak sandwiches are great. Why? You get the most satisfying meal with the least amount of work. In this recipe, i’ll be covering Matty Mathesons steak sandwich.

Okay, we know from his previous video that Matty loves his oil. Let's do something about it. But first, Here's his recipe.

Ingredients

  • Torta
  • Flap Steak
  • Parmesan Shavings
  • Celery
  • Jalapeño Pepper
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Cilantro
  • Mint
  • Lemon
  • Shallot
  • Fresh Basil
  • Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes
  • Kale

Instructions

  1. Wash the fish then soak it in lime juice in a bowl.  Season with salt and cover in the fridge for 3 hours.
  2.  Drain the lime juice, lightly rinse the fish, add the peppers and onions and then refrigerate for 2 more hours.
  3. Finish off with the cilantro, lime juice and season to taste. This goes very well with some crackers. Easy?

Your Advisor

The only ingredient with enough calories worth tracking is the fish. Feel free to use more or less of the other ingredients.

I would recommend having fish 2-3 times per week.
